Bernard’s Luxury Transportation Cleaning Protocols

At Bernard’s Luxury Transportation we strive to provide you with All Star Service with safety in mind. We want all customers to feel at home when in our presence. Our company has installed the following cleaning protocols to make sure your ride is safe with us!

All common high touch areas of the vehicle such as arm rests, door handles, seats, seat belts, etc will be wiped down and disinfected before, in between, and directly after trips by chauffeurs with PPR and Gloves

Hand Sanitizers will be available within the vehicle to provide for all Chauffeurs and Guests. We will assist in handling luggage and other personal items per customer request. We will ask for customer permission before handling any luggage and personal items and these items will be handled with disposable gloves.

Bottled Water, Mints, Candies, etc. will be provided per customer request. Each will be individually packaged and we ask that all water, candies, mints, etc. be taken along with the customer and properly disposed.

When practical and per customer approval we will open vehicle windows to minimize potential exposure. When windows cannot be opened, all fans will be on in order for fresh air to circulate throughout the vehicle 

Face Masks/Coverings will not be required but we will provide disposable masks within the vehicle for complimentary use free of charge. We will require each passenger to be temperature checked upon entry of the vehicle. We will give passengers the option to wear or not wear a mask and this will be indicated within our disclaimer.
